What we collect
Through our forms we collect your first and last name, email address, phone or mobile number, the room you choose, and anything you write in your message. As evidence of your consent we also keep the date and time you sent the form, the page it was sent from, your IP address and your browser type.
If you send photographs of your home, we use them only to plan your room.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, to plan and deliver the design work you agree to, to send the text messages you signed up for, and to keep a record of your consent. It is not put to any other use.
Mobile information and text consent
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. The SMS terms cover the rest.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are working together and for a reasonable time afterwards, in case you come back to us about the same rooms. When you ask us to delete them we do so within thirty days, except for the record of your consent and of any opt-out, which we keep as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by email or by phone. We reply within thirty days. Some states give their residents further rights, and we honor them.
Keeping it safe
Information sent through our forms is encrypted in transit and kept on systems with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask only for what we need to help with your room.
Children
Our services and forms are for adults. If we find that someone under 18 has sent us their details, we delete them.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects information you have already given us, we tell you before it applies.
